Your account will not be topped-up until your payment (money) has cleared and been added to our bank account. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. Please allow up to 6 business hours AFTER we have received your payment for the money to be added to your account/wallet with us. 

You will be sent an email notification when the money has been added to your account/wallet with us, and it can be used immediately thereafter.
